You may be getting your CPAP supplies online or through a mail order national chain. But what if you want to switch masks or talk to someone about a symptom or issue you are having.  They don't like to talk to you and you certainly don't like waiting on hold - only to talk to some impersonal call center employee that could care less about your needs or problems.

As corporations get bigger the service gets smaller. You know it and we know it.

We’re different. We try harder than any of the national chains ever could to help you understand and be comfortable with the complexities of insurance re-imbursables and capped rental items like Oxygen and CPAP. 

We control our oxygen tank supply by getting liquid oxygen from Air Gas and filling our own tanks.

We are flexible in getting your equipment to you. It's our preference you come into the office and do the education and paperwork there. But we do deliver directly to Star Valley Health as well as do home deliveries when needed. 

When you rent equipment from us. You rent US! We are on call 24/7/365. Now, in the spirit of openness we are required by Medicare to be so. That being said, we take your relationship with our business as one of trust with us - Clint and Becca.  We are the business.  We want to be in the business of taking care of your home DME needs.

You will get to talk to Clint, a user of CPAP and oxygen as well as someone who has a professional degree in the health field. His personal use of, and educational knowledge of, the anatomical and physiologic benefits of sleep therapy gives you a personal connection to someone deeply passionate about the health benefits of good sleep.  Selling you a machine is one thing. Helping you understand and then have success with good physiologically restorative sleep is what we really want to achieve.

Becca ensures it’s done right.

Once you’ve got your equipment and supplies from Clint, you get to have Becca’s 25 years of insurance billing experience on your side, making sure your claim processes as quickly and cleanly as possible in order for you to get your money from your insurance.
